Equipment Hire
The BBC was a wide range of equipment for hire. New members are encouraged to hire before buying. The equipment is kept at Mountain Designs, 490 Dean St Albury.
Hire of Club Equipment
The committee has reviewed the equipment hire costs. Previously there was a sliding scale for extended hire, but to simplify the arrangement, it has been decided to have a set daily/nightly rate as shown here. If equipment is not returned within one week, an overdue fee at the daily/overnight rate will be charged for extra days/nights after one week. (exceptions to be arranged with Equipment Officer) If you have any queries or problems regarding hire gear, please contact the Club's equipment officer, Ron Hammond (or a committee member). It is not the responsibility of Mountain Designs' staff to deal with these. The club has recently purchased 2 more pairs of snow shoes, giving us 6 pairs for hire.
